To download the GoPAD App, you need to go to the Apple App Store on your device and search for GoPAD (Downloading the App is free, but you'll need an account with us before you can use the App, either by registering for a trial or logging in with your details.)
Once you've downloaded the App, find it on your device and tap the GoPAD icon to open it. When you first open the App, you'll be presented with a screen to enter your username and password (You can find out more about this window here) Enter the details you have been set up with and tap on the Sync button to sync your device with the GoPAD Portal.
Syncing for the first time may take a minute or two, as all of your company details will be downloaded to your device.
